My work explores the intersection of science and spirituality, and the healing and evolutionary modalities that emerge from this convergence. Through painting, I translate visionary experiences into visual and energetic “ARTifacts” that invite connection, introspection, and transformation.
Using acrylics on canvas and walls, I employ both direct and indirect techniques to build layered compositions of color, light, and geometric patterns. These layers are not just aesthetic—they represent the subtle, often invisible energies that permeate and animate living matter. My intention is to give form to the unseen: the vibrations, memories, and frequencies that shape our internal and external worlds.
Each painting is a portal into the mystery of existence. I aim to inspire love—for this shared reality—healing from its inevitable trials, and resilience to continue growing within it. By engaging with the work, I hope viewers will sense a Remembrance: a stirring of their own spiritual nature, and a recognition of the deep interconnectedness between self, cosmos, and source.
Rather than offering answers, my art serves as a mirror and a map—reflecting what is meaningful and guiding viewers back to their own inner wisdom. In this way, my practice is both personal and collective, rooted in the belief that beauty, when imbued with intention, can be a powerful agent of healing and evolution.
Molly Chopin is a visual artist whose vibrant paintings—on both canvas and walls—serve as portals for awakening, expanded consciousness, and reflection on the Divine nature of existence.
Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Molly grew up in a creatively nurturing household as the middle child of three. Her early life was steeped in the arts, with a focus on music, painting, and theater, forming a foundation for her lifelong creative journey.
She earned a degree in Art Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2007 and spent the next seven years as a full-time secondary art teacher. But in 2013, a series of traumatic events catalyzed a deep personal and spiritual transformation. During this period, Molly experienced a profound flow state while painting—a transcendental moment in which she encountered a loving, guiding presence and began to perceive creative expression as a bridge to unseen realms and higher consciousness.
In 2014, she transitioned out of teaching to focus fully on her studio practice. That same year marked her first public exhibitions, and since then, her work has been shown in galleries, festivals, and creative gatherings across the eastern United States.
Now based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Molly paints from her home studio and teaches workshops that blend creativity with spiritual exploration. She also serves as a conductor with The Vision Train, an international visionary art community that emerged in 2020. In alignment with her values, she donates a portion of her art sales to support organizations including Decriminalize Nature, the National Black Trans Advocacy Coalition, and the NC Community Bail Fund.
